Refresher: Avocado and Sproute Peas

  • 1 Avocado
  • 2 cups Sprouted Peas
  • 1 large handful Spinach or Baby Greens
  • 1 cup Sugar Snap Peas
  • 1 Apple – 1 Small
  • Optional: A pinch of Cayenne Pepper and Sea Salt

Booster: Papaya Smoothie

  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 large handful Kale
  • 2 inch slice Cucumber
  • 1/2 squeezed Lime and Lemon
  • 1 Papaya
  • 2 Tablespoons Pumpkin & Sunflower Seeds
  • 1 small cup apple juice
Alkaline Smoothie

  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 2 radish
  • 3 broccoli heads and stalks
